Venom made a modification to their headpipes. The headpipe now has a tighter bend and tucks tight against the motor. Shorter overall length. Has showed a gain on every machine that has been dynoed with it so far.

Dyno runs from my yfz. All that was changed was the headpipe.

But i got a venom slip on for my ktm. got it from driver. looks real good. i will be putting pics of it up on the forum here and a video clip.

i am wondering about a dyno graph for the yamaha slip on. interested in getting one.

and just some cool info


this is the dyno graph for the ktm the venom slip on is compared to the fmf with fmf/s own megabomb header the venom slip on made good power compared to the fmf slip on. this is what motivated me to get this pipe.

Hey KTM RIDAA, glad to have you here, have you found any forums on the KTM quads? I have a freind with a 525 KTM quad, very nice machine but not a whole lot of info or accessories/parts for them.
In regard to the Venom exhaust, besides the dyno charts proof of performance gains, I bought mine because of the fact they went back to the dyno and made changes to the head pipe for more gains when they could have done like so many others and called it good enough.

yes i have found a ktm forum but venom is not a sponsor on there so this is the only place i can talk to tnem. how much would just a slip on cost for the yz......i paid 180 for mine

Driver is a good guy. Very factual and knows his stuff.

How did you get a Venom slip on? There are only full systems out and none are made for the ktm? I'm confused? Is this a custom put together pipe combo?

It was a one off slip on. Works great though. Venom pipes work very well.

Is this a yfz or 450r cannister? I used a yfz cannister on the Z400 here and it works good.
