My name is Parker Ward my father and i run and own a tire and wheel shop in virginia
i pride myself on having parts in when i tell my customers when they will be in and how soon they can expect certain things.
I just want everyone to know what kind of service my man Paul is layin down i talked to this guy probably a good ten times before i ordered my big bore kit on tuesday. everytime i had a question he had an answer not just an answer but an answer within 4 to 6 hours within the time i sent the questions to his email address. I ordered these parts at 10 minutes to six on tuesday. the man forgot to send me my tracking number the next day so he shoots it to me today then i figured there was something messed up it said the package was out for delivery today, the day i get the damn tracking number. its amazing
i just know from a sellers point of view that its just about impossible to know exactly how long its goin to take ups or usps to ship an item... but this guy has. on top of all of this i have a couple of buddies in the market for some products for their bikes as well so after one of my buddies as been on the hunt for some hot cams for a week or so i tell him to call up paul sure enough paul had it cheaper then if we were to order it directly from hot cams themselves. and again shipped precisely to the day he said it would be here. thanks for the excellent service my man i will be ordering more parts from you as i need them
