Hey there YFZ Head. Here is how the Picture of the Month, QOTM and VOTM's work. Steve (YFZCENTRAL) will post a topic for the current month requesting people to submit their entries. What you want to do is post your entry inside that thread so you're picture can be submitted for voting.

As you can see, most everyone does not post their own topic in these sections. You want to post in YFZCENTRAL'S threads.
