i was reading through some of the old pinned topics, and alot of the pictures are missing from photobucket. any chance these can be save on the site? or at least new topics that are pinned be saved or something, its really hard to understand some of the walk throughs without the pics

I noticed the same thing. It can be a bit frustrating.

Yeah, I wish there was more that could be done about it. I guess when whoever did the write up closed their photobucket account (or whatever site they used), it made the links not work anymore. It would be nice if these could maybe be saved on the site if we could get them back somehow. If Steve doesn't see this and reply soon, I'll ask him about it.

Yes, the mods have the ability to upload them directly to the site. So do paying members. If one of the mods has the time we can go in and save all the pinned topic pictures and host them directly here. I might try and tackle one or two this weekend if I get a free moment.

any chance you guys can contact some of the people who lost pics, see if they still have them somewhere? (duane has a ton of them)
