Anybody plannin on going to Haspin this Sunday to go for a swim in the mud hole, or I mean race in the harescramble. I haven't raced over there yet and I was wondering if they usually put on a decent show if anybody has been there before. I know its gonna be real sloppy with all this rain we are getting, but figure it would be good practice for the IXCR series, as long as I don't break anything.

I heard it was little bit on the sucky side. i have talked to a few people that have been there and they dont close down the park for the races. So you have jeeps and trucks and other people running around all over the place while you are trying to race. Idk this first hand but thats coming from a couple people that have been there. So if you do go... keep your head up. but i have been running casey, ill on the days i dont run ixc. And another thing is it will be a mud bog when you are there. Just be careful if you are going and id just use it as seat time and not much more.

Yeah I had heard that you have to keep your eyes open for jeeps and stuff on the course, that could kinda suck. Otherwise I am just planning on using it as practice, since I am still really new at the whole cross country racing, I just want to get as much experience as possible for now. What do they have over in Casey, IL?
