Awesome Deal! Ultimate Engine Package with Web 187 +5 Cams and a Hot Rods 3 mil crank Rocks! Porting looks and runs good. It rips up top and nothing was lost down low. PDR only sells Quality!

I recently bought this package from Diesel, but teamed it up with the Hot Rods +3mm stroker crank.
After getting it all together, I am so far beyond impressed. I have had so many compliments already on how well it runs that its unbelievable.
Diesel's customer/ personal service was absolutely awesome. I called numerous times and he answered everytime. That is how a business should be ran.
Diesels prices were great, and he got the work done super fast.
I am more than impressed and happy with everything.
Thanks a lot Diesel, you have my business from here on out.

What springs are you running with those web +5's to get better than OEM reliability?

We can set you up with the kibble white spring kit directly from webs if you desire. We feel the springs kits are simply "extra" insurance. The other option is to go with the 187 +2.5 to get more longevity out of the set-up.

Thanks for the info, I've heard those web's are hard on the valve train, especially the springs and was curious how long or even if the stock springs would hold up in that environment.

Any aftermarket cam set-up is harder on the valvetrain than stock. The spring kit is only recommended. The valvetrain will not wear out as fast with the 187 +2.5. That is the set-up I reccomend for those customers that are extremely worried about the springs and do not want to upgrade to the spring kit.

I have about 2 tanks through mine with +5 cams and stock springs. Runs awesome and no valve train problems, yet....I am going to do some KW springs shortly though.

Diesel whats your price on some KW springs?
PDR
The Kibble White spring kits are $185.00 I believe.

When we ported your head, we inspected the springs and determined they were fine. YOu should be fine for a while.
