So am I, was frustrated but it finally came to me 
This happens to me on two different computers. I'm just going to give in and accept it. 
Happens to me all the time too.
Same thing happens to me. I usually just click show all or just don't add a smiley

probly a stupid question, but how do yo u "take a pic" of your screen like you did to show what you see?
Alt + prt scr (print screen)
i thought it was something like that, but mine doesnt do it. it just acts like nothing happened. anything special you have to do besides simply hold the two keys?
Just hold down "Prnt Screen" for 2 seconds and open up paint, and then paste. When you take a screen shot, it copies the image.
