I bought a set of 2+ 1 A Arms for a banshee on Dec. 18th. Izzy charged my card on Dec 18th. Jan 18th still no a arms. Had to call them to get information and turned out to be a lie. Never sent them. Had my bank investigate and return my money. Do not waste your money and time with these loser's. Burgard Cycle is a joke.

I live about a hour away from burgard If i order anything I just go and pick it up... I don't think I would let them ship anything... the only thing about them is they are really close to a paper mill.... If you ever smelt a paper mill you know what I am talking about... They were super nice when I was their...

I could have told you THAT!! If you search around here youll find a few topics that a few members (my self included) have all been robbed by burgard.... lies, lies, and more lies

I have dealt with Burgard 5 times and every time I can't figure out how to get ahold of them. I call and no answer, I email and no answer. Finally the 10th time I call someone says "hello". I tell them about my problems with thier crappy ball joints and they say "just email us your info." about a month later I get some ball joints in the mail. So overall they come through but still doesn't make up for all the slowness and crappy quality.

burgaurd mkes parts for ALOT of different companies, so he is real busy, not to mention he is the only one working there. no excuse, but thats the situation. legally, he cant charge your card unil the product is shipped to you. my sponsor has also been waiting for parts that have already been charged for damn near 2 months

same $h1t happened to me!!! you will NEVER get a hold of them .. worst custom service EVER!!!!!!! i have their stem and i love it, but will never buy anything from them again.. i posted a thread like this on atvriders, and he called me up complaining for me to take it off.

Ive used burgard on ebay, he wouldnt deliver to Uk, so i needed him to send the A-arms i ordered for my Raptor to Pete at sf racing as he was shipping out parts for my yfz. Had me shocks and arms built before he could deliver the arms to pete.............

I had to nearly beg Izzy to send the arms as i was beginning to get a little desperate......In the end they just arrived before pete was ready to ship my yfz parts off..........

Anyway the product to be fair was Ok and i was pleased with the arms as they were like new and sooooooooooooo cheap.

So come on Izzy get ya finger out and ship early.........

yea that happened to me too... but once i finally got a hold of em and told them i was goin to file a report on the credit card that got their ass in gear and it was there the next week

First, they never answer their phone or return messages.

I ordered ball joints from them in December. A month later when I got my Visa he has already billed me. I had to email and leave a couple message with an ultimatum before I got my parts. They sat on the shelf for cose to 5 weeks and he had to ship them next day air to meet my deadline.

I won't buy directly from them ever again!

I've never had trouble with Burguard. I hit a yfz head on in the dunes and snapped both ball joints on my z400. I called them up and had them overnight the ball joints to the local parts store. 20 hours later I was riding again. I've also bought 2 guesset kits from them. One for the z400 and one for the YFZ. They aren't anything special and I had to make some of my own both to go with the kit, but other than that, I've had no trouble.

ordered an axle carrier and break line from them. my axle carrier took 7 buisness days to get here wich is average. but my rear break line was supposibly shipped out two weeks ago a week after my axle carrier arrived. called them three different times and they said the same that will be out asap. called them yesterday and izzy acted like the order had never been processed or anything. all ill say is i better get my break line and pritty damn quick. anyone else up for a BBB complaint?

I'm thinking you shouldn't buy from them unless you live here in PA! lol ..maybe I'll go over and see if I can get a job in the shipping department.

burguard sounds alot like ATV Galaxy. i ordered nerfs from them in august 17th of 08, and got the footpegs by december 16th 08. thats it, i reperned the pegs and asked for a refund. they took the pegs but scewed me over 400 bucks. so i didnt get nerfs, and i didnt get a refund. consider youreself lucky you got refunded.

its people like that that deserve to be shot, and busnesses like that thet NEED to be shut down!
