I did the same thing last summer except it was the entire left side of my body. I will say that you found the WORST place to get rash. Every bend, twitch, and or flex... and you feel it. Surely by now you've found out that getting out of bed is quite a challenge!
For the first couple days, I kept it bandaged with neosporin. When the bandages stick to it.... don't be tough and pull them off. Soak in the bathtub for a few mins and they will fall right off.
After a day or two, I'd go ahead and just let it heal without bandages. That's what I did and my doctor gave his blessings to it.

Thanks for the advice. You are right about bed, I can't get out without help, my muscles are so sore from the impact. I got a catscan and had no internal bleeding but my insides are still pretty bruised. I got a concussion and forgot most everything that happened after the impact. I was riding in over 100 degree weather and just blacked out before the double. I always kind of had a fear of blacking out before a jump and it finally happened to me. Drink lots of water, that's what I learned the hard way. I remember hitting the berm hard, then the next thing I knew I was about to leave the jump and I was confused for a second like "where the hell am I" and then I remember hitting the ground hard. Next thing I knew I was in the ambulance, went out of it again and then I woke in the x ray machine at the hospital. I'm lucky, no broken bones or spinal injuries, just very sore. Be safe guys. I have been riding motocross since I was 14 and been on a YFZ since they came out riding MX on it and I guess eventually we may all get hurt. Be safe, drink fluids, thank the lord every day you are alive and walking.
