no legal places to ride here... always running from cops, anyone know where to ride?

island motocross... Englishtown is sick thats pretty much it for mx

i live on the island as well. never tried island mototcross with a quad. always just rode motocross. but englishtown is a sick place well worth the trip.

island motocross is ok i used 2 ride there alot but now my home is englishtown!!!!!!!!

i live in huntington. i have a blue yfz my bro has a 04 yellow z my dad has the carbon fiber 04 kfx 700 and my cousin has the same thing as my dad. we got a 23 ft trailer and a four door hemi ram 03. where do you live and what do you have.

hey guys im also in long island im in dix hills. i have a blaster for now but ill be getting a yfz in the spring time.i also got a few friends that ride.i know about some pretty decent trail systems by me that are pretty fun we should get together sometime and ride

id love 2 ride wit u guys but im waiting 4 my a-arms 2 get back from being powdercoated as soon as my bike is ready!!!!

there was a huge place across he street from me .i had built a great mx track there with my dads machines but now someone came in and theyre building houses on it.so right now i jsut ride aroun in some trails.what kinda quad do you have and where do you live

Ronkonkoma here.... i ride in the power lines, some trails by scc, all over u can find alot of places any go riding on 112 north. there is a big sand spot there

do the cops ever go to the power lines? i always see ppl riding under them nd i never see cops.

idk, i never rode under the power lines in the snow, only in the street. i only got pulled over once in my life on my quad, nd i hade 3 ppl on it with no helmets. not the brightest idea, luckily my dad is in the fdny nd he took care of it.

hey guys i have been taking it over with a few people and im looking for land some where on longisland i have been thinking of building a track for the last 8 months..... i think it would be a great idea to put a place together that can be for all.... i know there is a track going to be built in ronkonkoma ........ but hey we all live on longisland and we need more then just one or two places to ride.... i have been going over what it would cost, insurance, power, ect.... if u can get enuff people to the place its great... i would love to know ur thoughts on this.... like i said i have been playing around with this idea for the past 8 months...

idk, opening a track is a hard task. you have no idea how many permits nd types of insurance you have to go through, needs a lot of time, hard work , nd MONEY. if you have a lot of time on ur hands, ur a hard worker, nd have lots of money, go for it.

Hey guys i live in commack right on the border of commack and smithtown by the high school........i used to ride by the driving range in Kings park which is right by my house but now they are building there.......I dont have a trailer and dont plan on getting one until after i get my yfz.......Sometimes i go riding over by 111 by the holiday in if thats what your talkin bout.....I think the mx track is a great idea......good luck maybe ill see you guys out there..........Bryan

I wish i could say the same thing.... i seen a cop tonight asking me what i was doing.. i told him the same thing as you Sitting at a Light waiting for it to turn green.... then i took off...
The only bad thing is i cant seem to get my quad running right... i get it really rich or really lean.... trying to keep the same jet in. but playing with the fuel screw. i had my lid off and now i have it back on.

i dont know but it would be a good addition to our very few spots on LI to ride "legally"......

Kings Park here, got 3 buddies with yfz's, soon to be included. We got a few good spots we offroad/ ride. I wish I could get mine before the last snow. Must be fun.
