Can someone help me with this?
I have a 2005 yfz450 , but i only have a 2006 workshop manual, and the axle carrier is different.

I need to know where and how many o-rings are in there. So every o-ring i need for the whole axle thing.

If anyone has that picture from the manual, that would be great.

thx

You can go on here to find any part for any year Yamaha.

you can get the 04/05 manual off that site.

Checked out the links, but it's not the same :s

My swingarm is the one where you have to put a rod between your sprocket and hub to tension
the chain. The ones on these links are with the screws to tension it.
And it seems like i have a lot more o-rings than that.

or is there a difference between a USA and Europe model ?

Do you have an aftermarket swing-arm?

Or a picture?

post a pic, that would help out

well i checked out some other workshop manuals from newer models, and it looks like i
have a 2006 swingarm.

Where late 2005 quads equiped with the newer swingarm?

Anyway, i now know which o-rings i need.

Thx for the help

No. But if you bought it used, the previous owner could have done the swap. The '06 rear end slides right in the 04-05.

either way you have the better swing arm, its a lot easer to adjust
