These are details that we will be figuring out after we are done with the initial TB.
I expect the standard to be a 44mm bore and cost to be approximately $135 shipped

What is the stock size, and what kind of gains are you expecting to see?
Im only a little over 2 hours away, so would you be able to do it while i waited if i were to bring it up?

We dont actually do it in-house we sub the work out to a machinist. I'm trying to get my hands on a TB to keep in stock as a core so you guys have zero downtime.
OEM size is 42mm

So if my YFZ450R has a PC3, pipe, porting, cams and high comp piston what will a 44 or 45mm TB do for me?

I havent been able to test the power increase yet and probably wont for a while. However we have done tests on the YFZ450 carbs and the Raptor 700 TB's and the increase has been more than worth the cost providing great gains.
