i took apart the clutch 2 times before and it never happened... the clutch boss seems to be stuck, it wiggles a little bit, i tryed to stick a screwdriver between the basket and the boss but it just flexes the basket and i dont want to break it... any suggestions?

use a 3 prong puller, bolted into the holes where the springs mount and pull it straight off.
Then deburr the splines, and it won't get stuck again.
