Anybody had any experience with their replacement cylinders? They're not a re-sleeve? They also do porting on a 5 axis CNC, anybody used them??

HA funny you should ask, I just received my '04 motor back from Trinity. I had them do a total rebuild, '06 rod, 480 Big Bore kit along with P&P. I haven't put my bike back together, but I'll let you know the results. they seem to be a very reputable company.

Is their big-bore sleeved or a whole new cylinder? How much is it? How much did they charge for the P&P?

you really have either options, it depends on the year of your 450. they hooked up a new cylinder on my quad, '06 crank + 13.1 JE that package was around 800. the P&P was an additional $400, but they were pretty flexible with the price. ask for Jaymes (correct spelling) he'll hook you up.

I got the finished product back last night. Cylinder Works Cylinder, JE 11.5:1 piston for 599. Hot Rods +4 Stroker 350 P&P 400. Oil Mod $146

My dad has dealt with Trinity plenty of times but it was for his Banshee. He HATES them, he is constantly complaining about them sending wrong parts, bad service etc. He said he will never deal with them again. Their Ads look good in the DirtWheels Magazine though

I got the impression from the ad that they made their own line of parts. I've heard way too many bad stories about Cylinder Works.
