those wheels and tires look sick.

Are you gunna get blue plastics? I'd do a white/blue color scheme. Blue frame, whiteplastics. That would look sick.

Thanks for the compliments guys, I really appreciate it clap.gif !

As for the wheels and tires, I'll more then likely run the DWT on the spare bike since it'll probably get most of the abuse. As long as I can keep the HiPers extra clean and lubed with anti seize, I'll leave them on my Grey bike.

That pic reminds me of the last movie where he"s out in the sticks with those Hicks camping out trying to get freaky in their tents with them LOL....

Looks like a fun project!! One bit of advice if I may...... I would get a longer rezzy line for that rear rezzy I ran my rear pep in that position and that puts it right above the header and it gets way hot way quick and starts to fade!!! I got a kit from PEP that came with a longer hose and a mount that mounts up front much better set up now!!!

Yeah I may have to take your advice up. I'm not to crazy about where it mounts for the same reason. Once I have it serviced, I'll have to consider the longer hose.

So far I've got an '07 bottom end coming in the mail along with some other do dads that I'll need to put it together.

The head on the other hand is a different story lol....I bought one off a vendor on Ebay that had a misleading description about an '07 head he had for "buy it now". Long story short, I bought it, got it in the mail and after going over it I was less then satisfied so I sent it back and now I'm in the market for a different one.

Yea, I would think so. I have been looking for a reservoir mount for a YFZ to put back there for a long time now. The only time I have ever seen them though is on Suzuki's and Honda's. If anyone knows of a company that makes them to mount on the rear of the subframe where the coolant reservoir is, I would like to know.

I don't know of any companies that make them, but I have seen them on the yfz. Justin Noss run's ITP Quadcross, I'm pretty sure he had his ran like that on his yfz.

I happened to see a YFZ PEP Subframe resi clamp on Ebay , but the vendor answered my question by saying that it was a mistake on their parts and that it was actually for a TRX.

That would be nice to be able to mount it on the subby, but I get the felling that the fact that it's a aliuminum cast piece and not a 4-point is the problem.

Yea, you are probably right Chris. I may have to start a project to come up with one for the YFZ sub frame. I don't really see it being much of a problem running one on a stock subby. Can you think of any negative side affects to running one in place of the stock coolant reservoir? (other than coolant problems.... I know it would require relocation or removal of the coolant reservoir)

I guess the hose can always be re-routed from the radiator and have it act as a drain and do it that way.

Or what I did was use a Walsh coolant bottle and mounted it where the OEM breather goes and then that would free up the mounting for the coolant bottle...or maybe even mount it where the breather would go..

I'm waiting for someone to get the Maxxis RAZR MX's in stock so I can mount them up and then I'll probably run the CIAB set-up on the Walsh/PEP bike.
