i got some new x factor heel guards that i had shipped to the uk, the are a new style and do you use the fender mounts on the frame as these can snap on, they mount on the side of the frame on the foot peg, i have used them once on a sand track and they seemed to hold up to the abuse. only dislike is they hold the mud but im guessing you will get this with all heel guards, i also had to remove my kick start as it hits, didnt mind as i never used it.
![]() ![]() have also be running a solid rear brake disc as i dont run a skid plate for mx and sand tracks but the stock rotars keep bending, its about twice as thick but is steel so as you can see will, is ok when riding. ![]() ![]() lastly is a new exhaust, its a scorpian f series which a couple of teams have been using this season, its 94db or lower, titanium can and stainless steel tubing etc, all joints are collar and spring ![]() ![]() plate to space out to avoid contact with caliper ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Nice parts.
That rotor is crazy. I have never seen a solid one on a quad before. |

the rotar is made by my dealer, it would also be good for xc, you would never bend it, its been holding up for mx and doe not seem to get hot, maybe its beacause of its thickness?

that pipe looks really nice...untill you get to the end cap. might as well make the whole thing out of 1" tube.
interesting security measures you've got. how does the rotor lock work with a solid rotor though? |

yes the db killer does make the end a little smaller, but its needed for noise here, has to be 94, i plan to use with with the db killer out most of the time as it sounds so much better, just need to change jetting each time, better than running the stock pipe.
i had some one try and steel my bike last year, so now i have locks all over my garge door, bike is chained to the ground, the disc is solid, but i drilled a 10mm hole in, the lock on the disc has a pin going through it do i makes it harder to push the bike away |
