Borich Takes Maxxis GNCC Win

WASHINGTON, GA (March 7, 2009) -- Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Chris Borich battled past a deep pack of contenders to win the Maxxis General GNCC, round two of the 2009 Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series. The race demonstrated the depth of this year's championship field, as well as Borich's determination to take this year's title. Yamaha's Taylor Kiser, FRE KTM's Adam McGill, and Warnert Can-Am's Chris Bithell were in the hunt for the win, but on the last lap Borich pulled through.

REDLANDS, Calif.- March 2, 2009 - PGI Media, Inc. is making the final preparations for the largest event in the California sand. The '09 Yamaha Rhino Rally at The Dune Tour, presented by Yamaha, takes place March 20-21.
Open to the public and their vehicles, this family-friendly event including: a scavenger hunt, bon fire, Drive-in Movie, a Show & Shine contest (with new classes), Kid Zone, Karaoke Party, raffle (with thousands of dollars in prizes), an ATV certification training course, dune clean-up, and more; promises to be an event where sand addicts of all kind can enjoy their time in the sand.

Cypress, CA (3/2/2009) - Yamaha began the 2009 GNCC ATV season in winning form as Taylor Kiser took his YFZ450 to his first victory in the premier XC1 Pro class in Lake Wales, Fla. on Sunday, Mar. 1. What's more, blue-and-white machines grabbed eight other class wins over the weekend, establishing Yamaha as the brand to beat as the highly competitive off-road ATV series gets started. Particularly exciting this weekend was the Women's class, where Jennifer Albright and Traci Cecco finished 2-3 as Yamaha captured five of the top six positions.
