Wimmer Battles Back at Birch Creek

DANVILLE, Va. (April 19, 2009) - As the points race tightens in the AMA ATV Pro Motocross class, the racing action does as well, leading round four of the series, the Trianglcycles.com ATV National at Birch Creek Motorsports in Danville, Va., to produce the best battle of the season. In the end, series' leader Dustin Wimmer managed to edge Honda's Joe Byrd and Monster Energy Kawasaki's Chad Wienen for the victory via 2-1 scores in the motos, giving the Rockstar/Makita Suzuki rider his third win of the season. The Birch Creek event also marked round three of the amateur portion of the ITP Tires/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship presented by Parts Unlimited.

Yamaha's Dustin Nelson Gives YFZ450R First ATV Motocross Win

Cypress, CA (4/15/2009) - Dustin Nelson scored a double victory at the second round of the 2009 ITP QuadCross series in Buckeye, Ariz. on Easter Sunday, April 12, by winning the race while also giving the new fuel-injected YFZ450R its first professional ATV motocross win. The Yamaha-sponsored rider did it in
convincing style too, grabbing the holeshot and leading every lap of the eight-lap main event at Arizona Cycle Park. Nelson's win, along with his strong second in the first event of the season last March, means he is now tied with rival Jeremie Warnia for the points lead in the eight-round ATV motocross series.

Yamaha YFZ450R Named 2009 Sport Quad of the Year by ATV Sport Magazine

Suzuki QuadRacer LT-R450 & Yoshimura had Another Big Weekend

Chino, Calif. – April 6, 2009 – It started in Union South Carolina at the grueling Big Buck GNCC event. Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki/Yoshimura racer Chris Borich became the first double winner as he made a last lap pass for the win.

Round Three of the GNCC Grand National Cross Country series saw a tight and technical track where one mistake on the red clay could put you into the trees.
